This refers to all those unsatisfied situations perceived and expressly expressed by the client or user, towards the Company, after experiencing problems caused by the assistance provided by an employee, the provision of a service or the acquisition of a product.
What is a claim?
Are all those oppositions or objections expressly manifested by the customer or user, to a product or service of the company, this in order to review and assess the quality of such product or service.
What is a suggestion?
It is a proposal submitted by a customer or user, in order to influence the improvement of a process of the Company, whose purpose is related to the provision of service or the quality of a product.
