Main Requirements to Become a Supplier
At Mavalle we select suppliers who meet all current regulations and are also willing to comply with the requirements of our management system, in aspects such as occupational health and safety, product and service quality, environmental protection, operation safety and risk management.
Additionally, companies interested in becoming Mavalle suppliers, must submit the following documentation:
- Updated Rut (Taxpayer Number), no older than 30 days.
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate, no older than 30 days.
- Chamber of commerce Certificates of the shareholders with a participation greater than 5%.
- Photocopy of the identification document of the legal representative.
- Updated bank certification, no older than 30 days.
- Product and/or service portfolio (if applicable).
- Commercial proposal (this must contain a description of the inputs or services to be provided, % VAT, delivery time, payment method and place of delivery. Additionally it must be signed and dated).
- Fill out the registration form (if any question is not applicable, please write N/A).
- Technical file of the product(s) to be supplied.
- Required operating permits, according to Colombian regulations.
- Quality certificates (if applicable).
- Any document that proves your suitability to provide the service or product.
